We’ve got a smoke alarm which is on the second story. Mezzanine level just needs a battery replaced. I’m too fat and old to do it. I need someone that’s nimble on a ladder and hold a ladder for you. It’s a quick job and I have the battery already.

The mains-powered smoke alarm needs replacement. Please provide smoke alarm. Inspection tradie replaced it with a temporary 9V alarm.

Hi, I have one busted light 90mm, i have a replacement just need to drop it in. Also have a motion sensor that got wet i have the idential one to swap it over and test them both. Its all single story internal work. There’s also just a 12 v battery in the alarm that needs to be swapped over pretty trivial I could almost do it myself but technically I’m not licensed to touch it.
