looking for electrician to install 1 x power point and 1 x chandelier on the ceiling. Forest Hill victoria 3131

Require a licensed electrician to replace 2 existing smoke alarms. I have already purchased the new units. The current ones are hardwired / battery-powered on a standard ceiling.

Please see the attached photos. I have a pole mounted general safety light (240 volt) which is part of a larger setup controlled by day/night sensor. Pole has now tilted, possibly due to rusting out down underground. It probably needs to be handled in two stages - Digging out the base and checking electrical connection. Either replacing the pole and refitting the light unit (at my expense) or simply re-concreting the base in place. Obviously we can discuss these options and negotiate when you inspect the job itself. I am a practical person. Not certain re the electrical aspects. I have a great electrician, but I'd need to get him to attend whilst the pole is down, and get the pole re-erected after rewiring (if necessary) I'm open to any reasonable plan for this.

Hi there, I am currently doing some home renovations and need a licensed electrician to update the connections for 5 existing LED wall lights. Current situation: There are 5 old LED wall lights (70mm cut-out). Their LED drivers are currently hardwired into the mains behind the plasterboard. What I need you to do: • Remove and safely disconnect the 5 old hardwired LED drivers. • Supply and install 5 standard surface sockets (plug bases, e.g., Clipsal 413 or similar) at these existing points. • Push the new sockets back into the wall/ceiling cavity safely. Important details: • No new wiring or cutting new holes is required. The 70mm holes and the wiring are already there. • I will supply and plug in the new downlights myself once the sockets are ready. You only need to supply and install the 5 surface sockets. • You must be a fully Licensed Electrician and be able to provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) upon completion.
