Single Storey, Tiled Roof, less than 10m from Main Street supply, min. 3 spaces for new switches and max. 5 spare spaces in the new switchboard. House is elevated so probably you can duck cables beneath the house. I’m told that existing wiring in switchboard is 5mil which also needs to be upgraded to 15-16 mil. Thus, Mains also need an upgrade.

Data Cabling • Run two Ethernet cables, both terminating in the server cabinet: • One cable from the front door to the server (for a doorbell). • One cable from the garage to the server (for a security camera). 4. Faceplate Installation • Install three recessed faceplates (already provided). These require extra depth, so space behind them may need to be adjusted. 5. Pendant Light • Lower the existing pendant light to the desired height.

The property has an NBN (FTTC) connection but the point is the old style phone jack (cream coloured plug - photo attached), that requires an adapter for use. Ideally we would like to replace the adaptor to a newer style point. At the same time if it could be relocated in the lounge as it's currently in a bedroom which is inefficient.
