Hello, We are looking for a licensed Electrician to attend our retail store, in Chirnside Park Shopping Centre, to replace two faulty ceiling light fittings(1x track light and 1x downlight). The Issue: We have two separate lights currently out on our sales floor: One white, cylindrical track spotlight (single circuit). One recessed ceiling downlight. Both are integrated LED units, so the entire fittings need to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install new, matching white replacements for both lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the ceiling track and recessed ceiling sockets (a suitable ladder is required for a commercial ceiling height). 2. Removing the two faulty light fittings and their respective drivers. 3. Supplying and installing one (1) new white track spotlight and one (1) new white recessed downlight. Both should match the existing lights in style, brightness, and colour temperature (typically warm white, 3000K). 4. Testing both new installations to ensure they operate correctly. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply both new replacement light fittings and drivers. The cost for these materials must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured Electrician in Victoria. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - Experience with commercial lighting installations.
