Hello, We are looking for a licensed Electrician to attend our retail store, in Chirnside Park Shopping Centre, to replace two faulty light fittings. The Issue: Two ceiling lights on our sales floor have stopped working and need replacement: 1. Track Light: One (1) white, cylindrical track spotlight. The marking visible on the track connector is "GA 250v Fmax50n". 2. Downlight: One (1) white, recessed ceiling downlight. Both are integrated LED fittings, so the entire units need to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install compatible replacements for both lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling (an appropriate ladder/steps will be required). 2. Removing the two faulty light fittings. 3. Supplying and installing one (1) new matching white track light fitting and one (1) new matching white recessed downlight. 4. Testing both new lights to confirm they are fully operational and align with the surrounding lighting. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply both new compatible replacement light fittings. The cost for these materials must be included in your final offer.
