Its double story flat roof with easy access through a hatch in the 2nd level , we already have a ladder there so its a quick job.

Currently, my EV charger appears to share a circuit with other appliances, and the 16A circuit breaker can trip when the EV is charging while the heat-pump dryer and dishwasher are running. Remove and Dispose old water heater in the ceiling, that been disconnected for a while. The house is under renovation right now so can easily get access, some gib removed. Current situation: There are 5 old LED wall lights (70mm cut-out). Their LED drivers are currently hardwired into the mains behind the plasterboard. What I need you to do: • Remove and safely disconnect the 5 old hardwired LED drivers. • Supply and install 5 standard surface sockets (plug bases, e.g., Clipsal 413 or similar) at these existing points. • Push the new sockets back into the wall/ceiling cavity safely. Important details: • No new wiring or cutting new holes is required. The 70mm holes and the wiring are already there. • I will supply and plug in the new downlights myself once the sockets are ready. You only need to supply and install the 5 surface sockets. • You must be a fully Licensed Electrician and be able to provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) upon completion.
