Some electric work needs to be done around the house: 1/ Change 3 downlights in kitchen. The lights are square shape (15cmx15cm), with a square hole at the back. Hope to replace with new LED downlights. (see picture 1,2,3) 2/ fix 1 down light in dining room. Needs transformer changed for light in the middle. (picture 4) 3/ change 3 electric power points around the house. Please quote with all material provided.

Pick up the cable on patio and run through wall (conduit already there just needs cable pulling through). Run new heavy duty rigid conduit and cable down garden bed (around 10 metres- need to be supplied by you) and cap off at end of bed ready for future pool cabana. Most of the labour is already done- Conduit under patio and walls were done during construction. Connection to house already complete. Trench is dug as per picture.

The current NBN port is in one of our bedrooms, I would like it moved to a living room. It looks like if comes from under the floor, we have a crawl space under the house.
