I have a few minor jobs - replace 2 down lights in my kitchen - look at a sensor light on my front porch which is working intermittently

I am having my washing machine fixed. My heavy heat pump dryer is stacked on to of the washing machine. I need the dryer moved to the floor.

I need an replacement installation for a more modern smoke alarm. The current model is a hard wired Brooks smoke alarm.

Looking for an electrician to disconnect two overhead lights and three pull light switches, and remove a fan. Then later (after the 16th jan) to reconnect the lights and switches.

NBN engineer informed me that they are not permitted to work at height. Conduit/cable needs to be run from NBN box on the side of the building, on top of an awning above a shop, and into my room. Ideally having outlet installed too. - Due date: Flexible
