I am looking for a licensed and experienced air conditioning technician to remove my existing air conditioner and supply/install a new unit at my property in Bakers Creek.

Just combing a couple of jobs- need fan removed and electrics cut off, then need three hanging lights removed and ceiling flat lights put in - we don’t have the ceiling flat lights yet so happy to be told what to get (see last photo for light wanted)

Multiple smaller electrical jobs required. Completely flexible days and time for job completion. 1) Install 2 wall sconces above bedside tables with 1 individual single small dimmer switch for each sconce (marked O in pic 1). Power socket already exists on this same wall next to the right sconce (marked X in pic 1 and shown in pic 2). Man hole access is also available. 2) On the other side of the SAME WALL, install additional 3 sconces with 1 individual single small dimmer switch for each sconce (marked O in pic 3). Power socket already exists on this same wall next to the right sconce (marked X in pic 3 and shown in pic 4). Additionally, please change this power socket (marked X in pic 3 and shown in pic 4) from a single socket to a double. Man hole access also available. 3) Install 2 x double wall sockets on the wall (marked O in pic 5). Light switch already exists on this same wall (marked X in pic 5 and shown in pic 6 in comments section). Man hole access also available. 4) Add extra double socket next to existing double socket in kitchen (shown in pic 7 in comments) 5) Lastly, install 1 double socket inside a cabinet (marked O in pic 8 in comments). There are a few layers before the switchboard for this one but the switch board only sits around 1 metre away from the required socket. Layers are intended cupboard wall, small gap, blueboard, gyprock. Other side of this gyprock is a small cupboard with full access (pic 9 in comments). Then as you can see in pic 9 there is brick before getting to the switchboard (shown in pic 10 in comments) will full access again.

Remove solar panels from site. Leave rail and micro inverters. 15 panels

Following electrical work: - Replace 6 downlights which I have purchased. - Change over a ceiling fan - Replace office light fitting.

I have allowed 3 hours to get all these items changed over. Replace customers supplied, 8 light switches, 5 ceiling light fittings, Fix 1 flickering 2-way switch. This price is for labor/sundry items only, you can supply all the switches/fittings you need, include a new 2 way switch in both positions to try replacing it 1st see if that fixes the flicker, otherwise could be possible cable fault.

Looking for someone to install our new outdoor camera security light at our rental property. We already have the camera light, just need someone to securely mount it and set it up. If it requires electrical wiring, you must be a licensed electrician. We’d also appreciate help connecting it to our Wi-Fi and making sure it’s working properly before you leave. Hi, I’m looking for someone to install, including ducting for a new rangehood. The rangehood is a Smeg Victoria chimney-style rangehood, and there is currently no existing ducting to the outside, so a new ducted exhaust will need to be installed through eave. It’s a low set one story house. Tasker to provide ducting for room and external vent. There is a manhole for access. Electrical has been completed- they have installed a movable electrical outlet. The rangehood has already been purchased and onsite

There’s three holes in our ceiling from old light fittings that need patching and then a coat or two of ceiling white paint over it.

Looking for someone to come have a look and fix my smoke alarm, it went off twice yesterday for no reason and has been beeping through the night. Might just need a new battery but rather be safe than sorry.

Need quote for electrical work to new backyard art studio.

I have two chandeliers which needs to be installed. One on top of dining table and another on enterance coridor. My house is single story low set building and ceiling height is 2.7 m. So easily accessible with normal ladder. I have uploaded the photos of chandeliers and rooms as well as switch boards here and also they need to be wired from power point to have separate switch beside other lights switches in same place.I am flexible in suggested dates which suits you.
