System Details: - 50kW Solar Array - Sungrow SH25T (3-phase hybrid) - 100kWh SBH battery bank (4x SBH25 stacks) - Whole-home backup mode The Issue: Output dropped from ~230kWh/day to ~70kWh/day on clear days. Battery only reaches ~50% SOC. No software export or power limits are active, indicating a physical or electrical fault. Required Work: 1. Physical Inspection & Diagnosis: Measure all MPPT string voltages/currents. Check roof/ground DC isolators, fuses, MC4 connectors, wiring, and check for water ingress or thermal issues. Pinpoint the exact cause of the 160kWh deficit. 2. Setup Post-Reset: I will perform the factory reset myself using my laptop. I need you to do the initial out-of-the-box configuration immediately after. 3. Firmware: Strictly NO firmware or software updates allowed. 4. Settings: Map grid profile, CT/meter, and battery comms. Ensure zero export/power limits are applied and restore full backup behavior. 5. Verification: Confirm unthrottled 50kW PV output, balanced MPPTs, and stable battery charging. This ceiling wiring needs to be brought up to date as it currently outputs a female “SM 2 Pin Plug”. The replacement Downlight pictured connects to a power outlet, so assuming the wiring needs to be updated to a power outlet.
