Looking for a licensed electrician to upgrade my residential property from single-phase to 3-phase power in Brisbane. The proposed cable route is approximately 8 metres from the existing Energex green pillar to the house, as shown in the attached photo. Two options available: Option 1 – Electrical Work Only I will arrange the trenching. You will supply and install the required conduit and electrical cables, complete the switchboard modifications, and coordinate the 3-phase upgrade and connection with Energex as required. Option 2 – Complete Job You organise everything, including locating underground services, trenching, conduit, cabling, switchboard modifications and coordinating the 3-phase upgrade. Important: Existing water and NBN services run along or near the proposed trench route. Extreme care is required to avoid damaging them. Underground services must be identified before digging, and hand digging may be necessary.

Due to installation of a new oven, we need to upgrade to a 32 amp circut running 6mm cable to its installation point. We also need to get an isolation switch installed in the area. Photos below show the old ovens position and location, as well as a graphic showing distance from switchboard to kitchen inside the house. After all this is completed, we would also please need the oven hardwired in place. I have the oven information as requested as well

There are two jobs to complete: - Remove the existing electric cooktop and install a new replacement cooktop - Replace a faulty/intermittent light switch I’ll purchase and supply the new cooktop and switch beforehand, so I’m really just looking for someone to handle the electrical installation and connection. I’ll be at the property at the same time doing a few minor maintenance jobs, so access is easy and there’s no need to coordinate separately with the tenant once the time is locked in. The cooktop is being replaced rather than repaired, so I’m not looking for fault-finding on the appliance itself — just removal of the old unit and installation of the new one.
