Renovating a kitchen and need an electrician to quote adding a few new circuits/outlets — dedicated power for an induction cooktop, built-in oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Cooktop/oven not purchased yet, happy to discuss options on site. Looking for someone to check the space and switchboard and give a quote, with the intention of booking the job with whoever quotes.

I’m looking for a licensed plumber/gas fitter to inspect and repair an older Bosch/Water Wizard 13P gas hot water system and also fix a leaking shower. Issue 1 – Hot Water System * Older Bosch/Water Wizard 13P continuous flow gas hot water unit. * The OFF button is now stuck in, and I cannot seem to ignite the pilot. * Gas isolation valve appears to be on. * There is water flow throughout the house, but the hot water has low pressure and does not heat. * Looking for diagnosis and repair if possible, or advice if the unit requires replacement. Issue 2 – Shower Leak * Separate hot and cold quarter-turn shower taps. * Shower head has a constant trickle when turned off. * Tightening the cold tap reduces the leak slightly but doesn’t stop it. Please quote for: * Inspection and diagnosis. * Repair if possible (labour plus parts if required). * If the hot water unit is beyond repair, please provide a recommendation and quote for replacement. I’m looking for a licensed electrician to assist with replacing my existing freestanding oven. The job will need to be completed in two stages: Stage 1 – Before flooring work -Disconnect and safely remove the existing freestanding oven. -Check and prepare the electrical connection for the replacement oven. -Ensure the cabling/connection is positioned neatly so the new oven can sit as flush and tidy as possible once installed. The existing oven is quite old. I will then have flooring work completed before the new oven is installed. Stage 2 – After flooring is complete -Return to install and connect the new 54cm freestanding oven. The replacement oven has been selected but has not yet been purchased, and I can provide the details/specifications. Electrician to change a Kitchen pendant lamp

We have had new curtains installed with electric motors. Each cord is far to long. They need to be reduced in length and a flat wall plug put on to replace the standard wall plug. Standard plug sticks out to far, hinders curtain retraction.

Job is to hang two mirrors on a plasterboard over brick wall. One of the mirrors is to be hung above a power outlet, so you will need to identify where to put the anchors. DOWNLIGHTS ARE PROVIDED. Install plug bases/sockets for downlights before the new ceiling framing and gyprock are installed. Supply and install any required switches, cabling and accessories. Fix the light. I’ve changed light globes and tried different ones but it only is very dim and sometimes flickers. Not sure if there is a loose wire or connection problem.

Move wifi point to another point in house

I need an outdoor 15 amp outlet installed, as well as 2 smoke alarms replaced, as they are past their service date. The 15 amp outlet would be about 6 metres (in a straight line) from the switchboard.
