Downlight replaced in bathroom

Currently have light, power board and converter attached to an open beam in the roof. Need to move them to down to be against the wall so that we can put in a ceiling. Want to add an additional wall light to illuminate the room, and potentially another power board too. Power chords run along surface of wall rather than embedded - should be straightforward.

Fix the light. I’ve changed light globes and tried different ones but it only is very dim and sometimes flickers. Not sure if there is a loose wire or connection problem.
