I have a down light that keeps flickering after the LED bulb has been changed. It’s likely the transformer that needs replacing. The roof cavity doesn’t need to be entered as the transformer can be extracted via the light bulb outlet

The property has an NBN (FTTC) connection but the point is the old style phone jack (cream coloured plug - photo attached), that requires an adapter for use. I need an electrician to do the following works in my garage: 1- replace the old florescent lamp with two 40W LED batten light.
