Looking for a licensed and insured electrician experienced with EV charging installations to install a charging point for a Lexus RX 450h+ in the basement car park of a strata property. Installation Required * Vehicle: Lexus RX 450h+ Plug-in Hybrid * Charging connection: Type 2 * Vehicle supports up to approximately 7 kW AC charging * Install a dedicated single-phase 32A circuit from the main switchboard to my parking space. * Install a new dedicated circuit breaker and all required protection at the main switchboard, compliant with current Australian electrical requirements. * Run the new cable from the main switchboard through the existing cable tray, continuing via suitable conduit along the basement wall/ceiling to the parking space. * Install a 32A isolation switch at the charging location. * Install a 15A switched socket outlet, similar to the one shown in the attached photo. * Complete all cabling, conduit, fittings, connections, testing and labelling required for the installation. Existing Installation to Follow EV charging electrical installations have already been completed for Units 2 and 4 in the building. I’m looking for an electrician to complete a few small repair jobs at my apartment. Jobs include: 1. Repair a wall power point - 1 socket works, but the other doesn’t. 2. Repair a light switch - the light works normally, but the switch is stiff/fiddly and doesn’t click smoothly. 3. Repair a laundry ceiling exhaust fan - The light works, but the exhaust fan doesn’t (same switch). 4. Diagnose and repair the gas stove ignition – the igniter continuously clicks whenever the power is switched on. The burners can still be lit manually with a lighter if the ignition is switched off.
