The existing exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds abnormal, I’d like to replace it with a better one. The current one is Heller 250mm ducted exhaust fan which is discontinued. It’s DIY plug in. The cut out size is 290mm but I’m not sure the duct size is 100mm or 125mm. I’d like to have IPX4 square exhaust fan to be installed, such as Fantech rapid response 250. If so, please also replace the duct to 150mm insulated duct and do not modify roof vent hole, so a reducer might be needed as well. I’m open to any suggestions. Please provide quotes for supply and installation for both fan and duct. You must to be licensed and insured electrician and certificate can be provided when job is done. Thanks.

This began shortly after Western Water shut off and restored mains supply in town due to burst water mains, so I’m concerned there may be an issue with water pressure, the PTR valve, or pressure/expansion control valves. Hello! We had a switchboard upgrade a few months ago and we just noticed that our air con isn’t working. We noticed the RCD trips every time we turn it on. Important to note: no new circuits added or new electrical equipment added. Could be something they did in the switchboard? We don’t know why it’s happening. Posting this add for a quote (fyi).
