I need somebody to install a guard/barrier around my solar panels on the roof of a two-storey house. Approximate length of the guard/barrier is 20 m. Job needs a long ladder to reach areas that are not directly accessible from the roof. Attached is also a photo of the roof. I would only need a guard around the large (Northern) array, as that's where pigeons have been nesting. The second images shows the front of the house and access to the roof can be done via the balcony and short ladder (I climb up there quite regularly). This will give access to one side of the array, however to reach the Northern side needs a long ladder as there is not enough space between the array and the gutter to walk on. Price is negotiable. Certified electrician 2x PowerPoint: 1. Install a new outdoor weatherproof power point for the gas hot water heater system. It will be installed back-to-back with the existing kitchen power point. 2. It has an intermittent connection, and I currently have to wiggle the appliance plug to a certain position for it to work, so maybe the power point is faulty?

My phone line and tv antenna outlets work as far as I’m aware, but they are very old/yellow and I would like to modernise them. I would like the tv antenna one to also be slim against the wall if possible, not currently in a big box how it is.

Teco unit is showing E5 error when switched on Bedroom split unit, with similar units in other bedrooms with no issues Im most office based but home from 4pm today, Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Relatively flexibly on when this gets fixed. Preference for local HVAC expert in case of future needs.

Large roof with solar panels. We have a couple of pigeons driving us crazy. Need pigeon removal and then installation of mesh to pigeon proof, expect quality install and some warranty. Looking for an electrician to remove old school lighting and change to downlights in the kitchen lounge area and in the bedroom ( not sure how many is required but probably around 15/18 lights total ) It’s a small one bedroom unit.
