I'd like to have this hanging light installed preferably in this corner. There's a light switch to the left which can be where the switch for this light can be installed? This is on the first level of a double storey home. I've attached a photo of what it looks like once installed. I'm only available on Friday's after 2pm or any time on the weekends.

Current exhaust fan is making weird sound and I’ll need to change it. I have bought a new fan, will just need someone to install it. It’s DIY plug in, not hardwired. You might need to bring a duct reducer. We also identified there’s yellow stain on the ceiling but it doesn’t spread after heavy rain. We’re wondering if there’s an issue on duct. Hello! We had a switchboard upgrade a few months ago and we just noticed that our air con isn’t working. We noticed the RCD trips every time we turn it on. Important to note: no new circuits added or new electrical equipment added. Could be something they did in the switchboard? We don’t know why it’s happening. Posting this add for a quote (fyi). Your help is greatly appreciated!
