Looking for an electrician to wire up an Arlec 3-in-1 fan and install 3-gang switch on tile. Access is easy, there is already a light cable for the original light and fan. Would like to still turn on original light with 3-in-1 fan, but the original fan has already been removed. Its a small bathroom, but the shower screen hasn’t been installed yet so access is very open and easy. Please let me know if questions. This is a renovation so there will be ongoing electrical work so looking to build a relationship.

Need a licensed electrician to diagnose and restore power to a Mitsubishi Electric wall-mounted split system (model MSZ-GE35VA2) in the master bedroom. The indoor unit stopped turning on completely (no lights, no response to remote) after previous electrical work was done at the property a few months ago. At that time an electrician connected a new hot water system and mentioned the meter/switchboard load would need an upgrade. After that job, the bedroom heater/aircon unit no longer works. What I need from you: • Inspect the switchboard/meter and confirm whether the bedroom split system circuit was disconnected, repurposed, or isolated. • Check the outdoor A/C isolator and confirm if the unit is actually getting power. • Restore power to the split system safely if it’s just a simple reconnection. • If it’s more than a quick reconnection (e.g. needs a new dedicated circuit run from the board), give me a written quote for that work and, if required, a quote for any board/meter upgrade. Important notes: • Property has existing solar, electric hot water, and existing split system in the master bedroom). • The A/C unit itself was working before this electrical work.
