Experienced Electrician Required – Double Brick & Bathroom Electrical Works I am seeking a licensed and experienced electrician to complete a range of electrical works at a residential property. The electrician must have experience working with double brick walls, as several points require careful installation through existing brickwork. Scope of work: * Install 4 x general purpose outlets (GPOs) in double brick walls * Install 1 x TV antenna point in a double brick wall * Install 5 x general purpose outlets (GPOs) in standard plasterboard walls * Install 2 x bathroom heat lamp/exhaust fan units (units supplied by me) Staged works required: 1. Rough-in: Install all cabling, wall boxes and any required rough-in works before painting commences. To be completed by 21 July 2. Fit-off: Return after the painters have finished to install GPOs, switches, TV point, heat lamp/exhaust fan units and complete testing and commissioning. Access: The house has access via a manhole beneath the house as well as roof access, which should assist with running cables and completing the installation.
