There is no structural cutting or new wiring required at all for item 1 to 4. 1. Bedroom Fan: Straight swap onto existing active bracket and wiring. 2. Toilet Heating Light: Swap out for a new unit of the exact same size (fits existing cutout perfectly). 3. Kitchen Powerpoint: Replace 1 standard double powerpoint plate. 4. Light Globes: Quick swap of 2 standard bulbs.
