I will supply all materials.

Rain got into something this morning. Tripping safety switch off. Found one fuse that if I run it on, it immediately trips the safety switch. That fuse powers half the house sockets. Lights and some of sockets and fridge etc still work without it. We have unplugged anything we could unplug from broken sockets, but that fuse still trips the safety switch. Need to find what it is where did the water get into, and fix, prevent it from tripping the switch. Need done asap, this Sunday or Monday, we are in Shailer Park.

Looking for someone to install one (possibly two) AC split systems at my place. Planning to put a split system in the living room prob around 3-3.5kW max. There is a dedicated circuit for the 6kW window box Kelvinator upstairs. Considering to also replace it for a split system 2-2.5kW or get another window wall box. Wanting to make both ran in the same dedicated circuit so no overloads. Feel free if you want to come over to have a better look and provide a quote with mid-premium brands.

I am getting an electric gate installed in the next couple weeks, and they need a powerpoint installed for the gate machine. There is a electric cable there (see picture) that was done when the house was built, but I need an electrician to come and put a power point on it.
