1. The recessed lighting along the staircase is loose and needs to be properly fixed. 2. The electrical main meter box is not closed correctly, which allows water to enter the box. 3. The electrical main switch box cover is currently open. This needs to be secured and checked to ensure it is functioning properly. 4. Please also carry out a full inspection of the electrical distribution board. Recently, there was circuit breaker happened, and the A/C was not turning on at that time. Although the issue was fixed, I would like to ensure there are no remaining or hidden problems. ALL THE PICTURES ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE.
Nathaniel came and fixed my electrical box properly and neatly. He was friendly, easy-going, and clearly explained what he was doing. The work was accurate, safe, and completed to a high standard.
