Water heater not working.

I would like to replace 4 recessed downlight and 2 downlights with 5new pendant light and 1 ceiling lights. I have previously removed a similar light in the study room and discovered that the ceiling hole is larger than the mounting base of the new pendant. I am not sure whether the other 3 holes beneath the recessed lights will be too big. I need a professional who can: Remove the current recessed downlight safely. Install the new pendant light.
