We have the electrical switchboard inside an old kitchen cupboard and it needs to be moved for demolition of the kitchen which is happening on the 19th Nov May also need assistance with removing an old oven Also have some other standard jobs that will need doing in Nov Dec Ceiling fan, gpos adding or moving, exhaust fan install, new oven and range installing on the 10th Dec

LED ring light is flashing/blinking. Pretty sure it requires a new driver but looks to be hard-wired into the mains. Will require someone to purchase the part and install. Must be licenced electrician.

We are needing 2 double outdoor power points, and one double power point in the garage. House is a low storey brick house.

Needing 4 standard light fittings swapped out with new fittings I bought including 2 x up and down lights and 2 x small twin spotlights. These will go at the front of the house. 1 standard light fittings swapped out with a downlight to the ceiling at the entrance of house. (I have the downlight) I also require a new dimmer switch installed to my hallway as the lights are flickering bad or don’t come on at all.

I have the LEDs and base plugs. I just need an electrician to replace the 4 old LEDs with the new ones. Each new LED gets connected to a base plug.
