Hello, We are looking for a licensed A-Grade Electrician to attend our retail store, at Watergardens Town Centre, to replace a faulty ceiling downlight. The Issue: One of the recessed ceiling downlights on our main sales floor is out. This has created a dim spot in the store and affects the overall professional presentation. The Job: The task is to replace the faulty LED downlight to restore full lighting. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). Approximate ceiling height 4.5 Meters. 2. Diagnosing the fault (e.g., failed LED unit or a faulty driver). 3. Supplying and installing a new, suitable replacement LED downlight and/or driver. 4. Ensuring the new light's colour temperature and brightness matches the other existing lights in the store. 5. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor must be able to source and supply the correct replacement light as part of their service. The cost of the new light should be included in your offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured A-Grade Electrician in Victoria. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling (ceiling height 4.5 meters). - Experience with commercial lighting, particularly recessed LEDs, is essential. I need someone with a tall ladder and roof safety experience to: Remove pigeon nests and droppings from under my solar panels (2nd story roof). Install gutter guard/chicken wire mesh (supplied by me) around the outer edges of the solar panels. Secure the mesh using UV-resistant or stainless steel cable ties (also supplied). Labour only. Mesh must only be attached to the panel frame with ties (no drilling/screwing into panels or roof tiles). Just need a clean, safe job done to keep pigeons out. Please provide your quote for labour.

I have a G27 racing wheel. I've ordered a replacement optical encoder that will arrive next week. I stripped a couple of very small, possibly JST PH 2 connector wires during disassembly. I ordered a pack of JST PH 2.0 and they don't seem quite right to me and my hands are not steady enough for this job. For anyone that does any kind of electronics in the area and has a crimper, messes with Arduino or anything similar, this will probably be a 10 minute job. No assembly or disassembly, just stripping three wires, adding some male connectors and that's it. tin then if you have a soldering iron. I'll bring it to you
