My gas hot water system isnt working. I suspect the pilot light is off as they kids were trying to get a spa heater to work. Its a Rinnai 26 instantanous gas hot water heater. I also have a spa heater that isnt working either.

Description: I need an electrician or registered data cabler to assist with part of my NBN FTTC to FTTP upgrade. The job is to run a fibre cable (Prysmian SC/APC to SC/APC, 30 m) from the external NBN wall box to the internal location where the existing sockets are. The cable needs to be run under the house. Access is available but it is not completely clear or stand-up height. The NBN team identified this route previously but will not complete it due to current policy restrictions. The fibre should enter the house at the internal wall near the existing socket panel. It is important that this is done neatly with no damage to floors or walls, and that all entry points are properly sealed so there are no gaps or holes that could allow insects or drafts. A blank faceplate to be fitted, prior to NBN fitting their own kit in its place. A clean, professional finish at the faceplate is important. Approximately 0.5 m of fibre needs to be left inside the house (behind the faceplate at this point for the NBN technicians. There is an existing copper cable that was run through the same route by NBN around two years ago. Photos and a floor plan are attached. The red line shows the intended cable route from the external NBN box to the internal location. Expected to be a short job (around 1 hour) for someone familiar with NBN FTTP prep work. Requirements: • Must have prior experience with NBN fibre installs or FTTP preparation work • Electrician or registered data cabler • Careful internal entry with no major damage to floors or walls, apart from hole covered by faceplate. • Blank faceplate is required (important) • Test fibre continuity after installation

Brand new sauna needs to be connected to existing power supply from old sauna. Everything is built just needs connection. Property is only accessible by boat so you will be collected and drop back to church point (where you can park)

We have installed Philips hue downlights but 4 of the old lights were on a circuit with a dimmer. So now those hue lights flicker on and off. So we need to rewire the switch circuits on this panel so that they work with the new lights and not the old ones.

I require a mains wired neon artwork installing which will require the transformer sinking into the concrete wall by Monday 22nd December at the latest. I also have a variety of additional electrical work doing which I'd like to walk you through when you install the neon artwork. I have no idea how long the additional work will take but a lot of it involves replacing existing downlights with LIFX downlights. I am willing to pay $800 for a day's work even if all the work takes less than a day. If it takes longer than a day then I will pay the additional hourly rate that you quote me. My priority is getting the neon artwork installed by Monday 22/12 but if you have the availability and are able to source the additional parts including LIFX down lights before Christmas then that would be a fantastic additional bonus.

My Airbnb guests say the wifi is “not working”. I can’t be more specific , sorry. They have turned the modem off, then on again. I’ve checked and there are no NBN outages, nor service provider outages. I’d like to add cables one direct to the NBN outlet (to eliminate wifi problems) and one to the aerial (so free to air broadcast TV is available)
