Just moved into my apartment and it doesn't have a working phone line. The old socket was falling apart. Property is fibre to the building. Just need to get the phone line/socket hooked up so I can plug my modem in.

Currently my the only phone line in the house is in my bedroom. I need to move this to the living room about 5 meters away. The current phone line comes in from outside and line just needs to be extended. There is already a hole drilled in the wall in the living room which currently is used by the old telsta cable service. So thentelstra cable can be removed and the phone cable fed into the living room through this wall. Also need a phone socket point put in the living room. Thanks James and julie - Due date: Flexible

NBN have done their bit. I need the telephone line to run through one wall and into a new or existing telephone point. It’s a one bed apartment. I’d say around 3-5m.

Damaged Telstra copper from branch. Simple isolation, cut, rewiring. Phone line is out back of apartment block on ground-easy access

Existing set up is HFC and we now need FTTC connection. That means telephone line from Telstra/NBN box on outside wall to our current Telstra connection box and smart modem. Easy access via ceiling space. Distance from outside box to modem and connection box is around 15m. Will need the telephone jacks for connection box only as we do not want/use a landline phone.

The line comes into the house then it runs along the floor under the carpet. I would like to have the outlet in a different place and then check the phone and modem work well.

In my ground floor apartment

I need a phone line re-run so that I can connect to nbn. My apartment is on the second floor of an old brick building. There's currently something that looks like the telephone wire (see photo), but it is cut off and the nbn technician wasn't able to detect a signal from any of the wires at the telecom box on the ground floor.

Please refer to the attached floor plan. It is a 2 bedroom apartment. I need 9 down lights in the main room, 4 in the dining, 4 in the kitchen and 4 in the hallway. 4 switches for each room. Main room and dining need dimmers. Lighting already exists. Please refer to additional photos to get a better idea. I also need a phone line connection installed in the master bedroom. Phone line error within retail shop. ISP has tested at the entry point and it is working there, but there is an internal issue between that point and modem.

We need our phone line wall socket tested and fixed. Newly moved in, internet provider days line is activated but no DSL light. Getting support from them at the moment is non existent.

Currently having the kitchen done and need help reconnecting the telephone line to the Telstra WiFi box. What cords go where, please see pictures below. Need help ASAP. Any questions please shout.
