Clean fan and light fitting

Needing a licensed electrician to install a security camera/floodlight. There is already an old light in the spot where this will go. On body corporate area so must be licensed please with invoice. I have purchased the camera already, pics attached.

I have a smoke detector that keeps beeping. It’s not a flat battery because it keeps beeping even when I replace it. I need an electrician to replace the existing smoke detector.

I’ve just removed the kitchen blind and found some exposed electrical wires coming out of the window frame which were once attached to an extractor fan on the window. The extractor fan is not used anymore, so I need a licensed electrician to ensure the wiring is disabled, and to cut them back/ remove them so I can make good the window frame. - Due date: Flexible
