We need to get some solar panels moved. While you are on the roof it makes sense for us to get the panels and gutters cleaned out. We need to make sure the panels stay on the same panel string (we have 2 strings feeding 2 batteries independently). Ideally we will get all 6 moved however the space may not allow for it. In that case we would just be looking to get the group of 4 moved. The other 2 panels can move to the other side of the valley they are in thus making them north pacing (they are currently south facing). The primary reason for the move is to create a clearer space around the gutter at the edge of the panels where they currently sit. See image for more information. Please ensure you have appropriate electrical qualifications to undertake this task. I need this task done before 14 Sept or after 28 Sept. Very flexible otherwise.

Smoke alarm replacement, take these one out. They are wired through out the ceilings so they need to actually be pulled down with your matter. And replaced with new ones.

We need to swap out two breakers with RCDs (we have these already) and connect them to new lines that have been run to the power board already. The location is in Windsor. Licensed electrician to supply and install 4x double power points. - 2x in main bedroom on single skin wooden wall (QLDer house) - 2x in kitchen - exact location is up for negotiation- we just need some on the opposite side of the room. Photo attached of current only powerpoint in the room to get an idea of possible necessary install. Also a single skin wall. Check wiring of pendant light - have changed globe and still not working, unsure of issue but it worked briefly when we first moved in.
