I need the following on my single story home: A fan install, replacing a down light in the alfresco. May require internal support and running a cable to the interior living room for the on/off. I need two pendant lights installed on the master, replacing the baton lighting. Also need a power point and antenna point added. Same wall that two already exist in. I need a power point added to a wall in the study, no existing points on the wall but two are in the room. I need a provided fixture replacing the baton in the spare bedroom. I need three power points added to the garage, next to the two already existing on each side as well as a third on a wall with none. I need to replace the existing kitchen PowerPoint with an updated one. I need an external ring floodlight hardwired into existing point at rear of the house. Besides cable, all the materials are pre purchased.

Fix 2 x downlights. I think it's an issue with the connection as we have new downlights to replace and still hasn't fixed it. One completely not working and one is flickering. Also qualified electricians only.

Seeking a licensed electrician to provide the following: -Installation of 8 additional powerpoints in various locations around the house. Powerpoints will need to be provided. -Repair one powerpoint in living area that is operating well but a bit loose at the wall, so that it no longer pulls away from the wall when removing plugs. -I recently had my patio roof lining repaired following collapse. Prior to the repair job my insurance company disconnected electricity to the area to make it safe. I will need the outdoor floodlight reconnected to the indoor light switch. I will also need 5 holes put into patio roof lining for downlights and to have these also reconnected to the indoor light switch. Plugs / wiring for the lights are already positioned inside the roof lining for the 5 lights. 5 downlights will be supplied by me. -Provision of certificate of electrical safety for works conducted. I have attached a picture of the patio prior to the collapse so you can get an idea of how I need the lights positioned and where the floodlight is located. Hi, needing to fix an electrical wire connecting the hot water unit to the solar panel on roof. Wire broken near the base of the unit (courtesy of the dog) which is causing the unit to beep alert. Tried twisting it back together and retaping but no luck. Hopefully can be repaired without full connection replacement. Picture shows the black cord, will just need to remove the panel
