Install 4 ceiling fans in an apartment to existing ceiling lights

Looking for a licensed and insured electrician to carry out a series of lighting and ventilation upgrades in an apartment. Scope of Work: ​3x New Downlight Ports: Run new wiring from existing circuits and cut 3x new holes in the plasterboard for additional LED downlights. (just need ports, don't need to supply lights) ​2x Chandelier Installation: Hang two lightweight, small metal chandeliers on existing ceiling points. (chandeliers supplied) ​5-7x Plug Port Conversions: Install 413-style surface sockets (plug bases) in the ceiling cavity for existing and new downlights to allow for "plug-and-play" connection. (just need ports - don't need light supply) ​1x Oyster Light Removal: Simple removal and making safe of one existing ceiling oyster light. ​1x Exhaust Fan Replacement: Remove existing inline exhaust fan and replace with owner-supplied 150mm fan (Hon&Guan) and install 2x backdraft dampers (supplied) into the ducting line. (may need tape) Most of the work/connections can also be accessed via ceiling hatch/cavity Have vistor parking and lift in apartment

Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.
