Lawn Mowing & Yard Clean Up (Overgrown Grass - Front & Back) Hi everyone, I’m looking for an experienced gardener/tasker to tidy up the lawn and yards for a property that has been unoccupied for about 6 months. The grass and weeds have become quite overgrown and need a thorough cleanup to get back in shape. Scope of work includes: Lawn Mowing: Front yard, driveway strip, and a larger backyard section (as shown in the floor plan). Whipper Snipping & Edging: Trimming edges along fences, paths, garden beds, the garage, and shed. Cleanup: Blowing and cleaning up pathways, driveways, and the porch area after mowing. Green Waste: Option A: Please take the green waste away with you (tip run). Option B: All green waste can be left in the green bin on-site. Hi, (I cancelled this task previously due to high cost of airtasker connection fee for each task. I decided to re-post after realizing there is membership.) I have 3 tasks and what I offer is the diagnoses for the 1st task and immediate fix of 2 and 3 on the day please. It is ok if you cannot help with the dishwasher. I also need a report if the issue with the flickering lights happening due to corrosion. I will report it back to strata refusing to pay for it atm. 1. flickering lights. I cannot attach the video here, but I have 3 lights installed right above the kitchen bench started flickering. there was a water leak 14 months ago, so I am assuming the corrosion developed in time. 3 lights possibly connected parallel needs fixing. 2. bathroom power outlet switch is not keeping on when I try to press on it. I need this fixed on the day please. 3. Embedded dishwasher is dislocated. you can see it needs to be mounted with a screw to the side. Thank you

I'm needing someone to supply and replace two bathroom light switches in an office building with more modern ones. One of the light switches has become "stuck" and cannot be pressed on, so the light in the bathroom cannot turn on. The other light seems to be working fine, but I would prefer both to be replaced regardless with a more modern switch You will need to supply the new light switches, and ensure both are working.
