Supply and install a Daikin 5.2kW Super Multi NX model number 3MXM52RVMA. It is to be installed in an apartment in darling point on the second level. There will be 2 indoor heads as noted in the floorplan. It is double brick I believe and is on the second level. The unit will be on an adjacent balcony as far as the distances between outdoor unit, indoor unit and switchboard, I am not sure of the exact distances but here is the floorplan with the relative locations on it

Qualified electrician needed to replace 4 ceiling lights and rewire 2 lamps I need an experienced and licensed electrician to replace 4 ceiling lights with new lighting that I will supply. Please see pics for what needs to be switched over. I’m assuming there will be an amount of patching required once they are changed so please include that in your quote.
