Looking for somone to fix or possibly re-wire my vintage lamp. This is an old lamp which has had some electrical issues in the past, hence may need re-wiring. I have checked it with a new bulb and that is not the issue.

Our Samsung Heat Pump Dryer is not spinning properly. The motor hums but it won’t spin. We found that the motor shaft is sitting too low as it is rubbing on the bottom, disabling the drum from spinning properly. This needs to be raised a little higher (see picture attached). Please let us know if you have experience with this. We need this done ASAP.

The remote control receiver on an existing ceiling fan is faulty and just needs to be swapped out with a new one - all the wiring etc is in place, I assume it's a matter of removing the old receiver and wiring in new one, so should be relatively simple. - Due date: Flexible
