I installed a hot tub on my terrace but don't have an electricity socket. I do have an electricity socket on the same wall, and I would like to reverse it so I can serve my terrace as well. A vintage table lamp needs a fairly simple rewiring, to replace its old, broken wiring.

Down lights have stopped working. Have tried swapping the downlights and they appear to be working when plugged into wall sockets. The the downlights with the issue are on the same circuit as the exhaust fan which is working. So not sure what the issue is? Price approximation needed.

A power point under the sink provides the power for oven and dishwasher (I think also the electric stove too). When turning it on, the switch is very flimsy and even though it appears as if it is on, it clicks and power stops after a second. This was tested using other items plugged in to this power point so I know that power is running through to the switch at least. I guess the switch itself just needs replacing.
