Installing one power point

I have a Rheem Gas water heater. Model: 850330NO. The flame has been extinguishing itself randomly in the last two weeks. Today, we tried to light up the heater. We are able to light the pilot light, but when we turn the dial, the pilot light dies and the main burner does not ignite.

Need a quote for someone to fix a ceiling fan that is releasing smoke when turned on. Also need 4 power points looked as they’re not working. Need someone to come and quote for the work first.

Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.

Outdoor 10amp powerpoint needs to be changed to run a spa. We will not use the hot water in the laundry for now and get a seperate line put in the new year. Existing circuit breaker is c20.
