Need a double GPO installed in an double-brick apartment. Will require running AC wiring from a GPO located in an adjacent room (4 meters distance).

Outdoor 10amp powerpoint needs to be changed to run a spa. We will not use the hot water in the laundry for now and get a seperate line put in the new year. Existing circuit breaker is c20. Spa arriving Wednesday so would like to get this done Tuesday (today) or Wednesday (tomorrow). Feel free to does not include PowerPoint which you need to supply.

I have an indoor cat and need a low-height, secure, renter-friendly barrier installed along the planter edge of my balcony. The barrier will likely be lightweight decorative panels or screens (e.g. faux greenery / lattice style). It needs to be: • Secure against wind • Safe (nothing that could fall) • Removable / no drilling into common property • Installed along soil / planter edge and braced against my balcony wall I’m happy to purchase materials based on your advice, or reimburse materials if you source them. Experience with balconies, gardens, or pet safety preferred.

We have an independent switch/circuit breaker for the hot water heater. Currently, the hotwater heater has stopped working. It looks like no electricity is flowing in. For the past few months, this switch has automatically tripped randomly and cut off the hot water heater's power. Though the switch becomes warm, sometimes hot when it tripped, it could always be switched on again, but would or would not trip again after some time (usually 10 min to a few hours). I didn't observe any repetitive patterns about when it trips, but it often happens during evening peak hours (6~9pm) and less often during daytime. All the other switches have no issues. The hot water heater is only 2~3 years old with ~3.6kw power consumption at max. This is the highest power consumption appliance at our home and we rarely use multiple appliances at the same time. Attached are the pictures of the switch box and the hot water heater, both easily accessible. Make sure you bring the appropriate tools to diagnose the issues according to the symptoms I described above.

I need an electrician or handyman to wire and install an on/off switch to our door. The switch is supplied.

Disconnect and reconnect range hood with customer supplied range hood from ikea (build-in) - see a photo. Disconnect a stand alone electric oven with a cooktop and reconnect customer supplied appliances - build-in oven & induction cooktop (new connection). Chase walls to wire and install 2 x power points for dishwasher and washing machine. Chase walls to wire from nearest switch to inside new cabinet location to control led strip in cabinet which will be customer supplied and can be connected to the switcher on the 2nd photo.
