1. Install one new gimble downlight in ceiling. Wiring is currently in the wall directly below the site of new downlight. As the house is 2 stories and the new light is being installed on the lower ground there will be no roof access. Should be easy to pull wire up. 2. Decommission 3 power points. 3. Decommission 1 data point. 4. Move one power point to new location on same wall but further towards the floor (app 50cm down) 5. Replace LED strip lighting that has some missing lights. New lights provided.
