I have a Bosch HomeProfessional heat pump dryer (approx. 2015 model) that is no longer drying efficiently. It runs for several hours (e.g. towels for 4+ hours) and clothes are still damp at the end. It also doesn’t seem to be heating properly. I have already: * Cleaned the lint filter * Cleaned the lower filter * Cleaned the drum moisture sensors This helped slightly but the issue persists. Looking for someone experienced with heat pump dryers (preferably Bosch) to: * Diagnose the issue * Perform a proper internal clean (including condenser if needed) * Advise if repair is worthwhile Happy for repair if reasonable, otherwise just need an honest assessment.
