It's a 9 min drive to Bunnings Chadstone - pick up and provide receipt so we can pay you back. - We will provide the fairy lights - Please bring any tools/equipment needed for installation Budget includes everything - cleaning backyard, front of house, installation and sourcing of fairy lights. Looking to complete two installation jobs. Job 1: Artwork Hang 1x large artwork (125cm x 155cm, approx 10kg) onto an internal brick wall. It has 2x D-rings on the back (must hang directly on two screws, no wire). Job 2: Ceiling Hook Drill and install 1x hook into the ceiling to hang a plug-in light fixture. Physical installation only, no electrical wiring required. I am unsure what the ceiling is made of (could be plaster, concrete, or brick). Tasker to bring an electronic stud finder / multi-detector to check the ceiling and ensure you do not hit any electrical wires or pipes before drilling. Hardware: Tasker to supply all necessary hardware (or advise prior what needs to be purchased), including 2x heavy-duty masonry wall plugs/screws for the brick wall, and appropriate heavy-duty ceiling anchors (bring options for both hollow plasterboard and solid concrete/brick ceilings). Please bring a hammer drill, masonry bits, and a spirit level. I can assist with lifting the artwork into place.

Assemble and install pendant light from box on ceiling

I need a licensed electrian to help wire a hanged ceiling light. I've hanged the light, but just need to wire it to a new cord through the ceiling. The light is upstairs and there is roof access. the closest switch board has one switch and an adjustable wheel.

Install a ceiling fan with light in bedroom of apartment. Needs electrical expertise. Ceiling fan is remote operated but existing light needs removal and wiring for ceiling fan/light replaced.

Most of these lights have gone out and I was told I have to replace the whole thing. (Is it true?) I’m looking for an electrician to remove the fixture and just replace with other fixtures. I’m thinking to get pendant Fluorescent hanging lamps but just wanted to check if it’s easy to do. Pls make an offer

- I need a power point closer to the microwave location in the island bench. Could be at rear or front or inside. There is an existing powerpoint above the bench that could be moved, or a new one added if easier. Whatever works. Note: wall is plasterboard. - Install 2 new pendant lights above island bench - Replace bathroom fan with new one, previous electrician disconnected current one as it was shorting out. Switchboard has since been upgraded so interested in finding new solutions. - Resolve box light switch issue near door handle (doesn't close seamlessly). This was wired here due to not knowing where to put powerpoints. There is space carved out within the brick wall for 1 light switch for light (and fan I think) and a large box has been placed over it, alongside power points. There must be a better way! Help me work this out please. Note: walls are brick. I need someone that understands older houses and is qualified.

Electrician needed at Balwyn. Existing dimmable light switch which connects 4 dimmable downlights is not working. The Switch shown in picture needs to be fixed or replaced as required. Update: I am ok to change from dimmable to non-dimmable switch if that is cheaper, as we don't really need Downlights to be dimmable.
