I got dahua security cameras recently changed the internet provider and cameras are offline now. Any one here who can reconfigure the network as i cant able to do it through the app.

I have an NBN connection at home and Optus is my internet service provider. Signal is coming up to the NBN point inside the garage. wi-fi modem works fine when it's directly connected to the NBN box in the garage, but when wi-fi modem connected to the data point in the living room or upstairs, it doesn't work. Apparently, there is a loose connection in the data cable running from garage to living room and upstairs data points. This need to be checked and fixed.

I’ve moved into a modern apartment that has NBN and everything wired… I just can’t figure it out. NBN FTTP is working but only in the cupboard. House ethernet ports aren’t patched, so modem doesn’t work in any room. I don’t know where to put the modem.
