Wifi issues with connection sometimes

I have Amaysim NBN 25Mbps plugged into a Telstra 5G router It doesn’t extend far enough outside or across the myriad devices I have that require rock solid wifi I need someone to come and configure my network for optimum performance and bring a couple of wifi extenders for outside I have some unused extenders that can be used Not sure about the advantages of 2.4 vs 5G beyond download speed so happy to look at setting up both or other I have half a dozen SONOS wireless MOVE speakers that need to be included Current setup works ok but not reliably for music etc. SmartTV performs reliably.

I have an NBN modem installed at the back of my house. As you can see from the photos attached, we are getting great download speeds near the modem (living room and kitchen) but with my office at the front of the house, even with TP-Link Wifi 7 system installed (wirelessly - see photo attached), the download speeds are terrible. We would like a professional data cabler to come to our property to link up 2, if not all 3 wifi mesh units direct to the modem please. We have a pitched roof so the potential to run cable through there and have sockets installed to connect each device, if possible. We have an existing 5G Wifi Network set up at home via TPG/NBN. No issues with the service itself. Undertaking a speed test next to the modem, the 466mbps is being achieved however my office is located at the front of the house and the modem is near the back of the house. I have a 5G extender and 3 x TP-Link Deco Mesh Wifi system units set up to try and replicate that coverage in my office but as you can see from the photo attached, I am only achieving 100mbps, even with the help of the mesh system. It would be great to have someone familiar with setting up Mesh Wifi systems to come to our home and help set the system up the best way possible, to maximise download speeds in my home office. I am having so many problems with my wifi network. It’s an almost new (6 months old) UniFy Ubiquiti system with 5 satellites. I have approximately 110 devices connected to it (most are smart lights, etc.) and at the moment it is not allowing me to connect anything new, it is randomly kicking devices off the network, and of most frustration. My Sonos system is completely non-functional because of the Wi-Fi issues. I need this fixed, I suspect it is a settings related issue as there is excellent Wi-Fi coverage showing in the app for all satellites across the whole house. I think at a minimum we need a full factory reset and I need someone who really knows this system. Well who can configure it to work flawlessly?
