Find a professional wifi technician in VIC

We have a wifi modem and an NBN modem, but can’t get them to work. Smart tv cannot find a network to connect to. Potentially need an Ethernet cable, however there is no Ethernet outlet close to the NBN box. Help!

Connect new nbn inside box to wifi then Apple TV to older tv and make sure it works.

My internet keep dropping at certain intervals. Wifi stay connected but internet drops at irregular intervals . Telstra modem and plan Telstra gen 3 modem Tried all UNI-D 1,2,3,4 individually directly on laptop and with Telstra modem , still wifi drop periodically As of now only UNI-D1 connected, rest dummy ,yellow light blinks on D1

1. Ethernet cable labelling. We no longer know what goes where and whether it’s active. 2. Ensure all the main devices are connected to the ethernet. 3. Reset router and set up permissions and family usage with Mum to retain control through the ASUS app. 4. Make sure all family devices are connected through desired network or Wi-Fi and that Mum can adequately control through the routers app.

Details: * New Tangerine NBN connection. * Tangerine has confirmed I do not require an NBN connection box and that the modem should connect directly via an RJ11/XDSL cable. * The property has multiple wall sockets (coax and RJ45/telephone style), and I need help identifying the correct active DSL outlet. * I have already tested the coax outlets and they do not appear to be the correct connection for this service. * I have the modem on-site, but the supplied cable does not match the wall socket, so the technician may need to provide or recommend the correct cable (RJ45 to RJ11/RJ12 if required). Tasks: * Identify the correct DSL/telephone outlet in the property. * Verify the NBN service is reaching the premises. * Supply/use the correct cable if required. * Configure and connect the modem. * Confirm the internet is working before leaving. I’ve moved into a modern apartment that has NBN and everything wired… I just can’t figure it out. NBN FTTP is working but only in the cupboard. House ethernet ports aren’t patched, so modem doesn’t work in any room. I don’t know where to put the modem. Need someone to trace cables and patch the correct port so internet works at wall sockets.
