The Issue: A monitor at our front counter has become unstable. The desk-mounted arm that holds it has come loose from its fitting, causing the entire unit to tilt forward. This is a significant safety hazard for our staff and customers. The Job: The task is to correctly and securely re-fasten the monitor mount to the desk.
