Router settings and networking needs adjusting. Must attend in person . RAID server settings need adjustment also

I have the modem & router, I’ve called my internet service and it says it’s activated however I still don’t have internet… and my router box keeps going in & out. Am flexible with the date, just want it done asap

I have a teltonika RUT241 4G router with a static IP sim card installed on a site to connect remotely to a gateway device on the site.
