Does anyone have any experience in managing facilities management platforms like Avetta and BGIS? You would need to be using them currently e.g. for another client as they have changed their processes recently. Setup internet in new place.

Not sure if a NBN or internet provider issue. Need someone to come out and trouble shoot. I have FTTC connection and tried to connect my DODO internet modem to NBN but the connection is having issues. I called Dodo support and they said they would need to call out a technician next Friday but I am reaching out incase anyone is available sooner! I would love if anyone could help today/Sunday if possible! Or very early weekday such as 7am or 4:30pm onwards next week. Price negotiable :)

Hi, I have a 27-inch Apple iMac (Retina, around 2017 model) that is stuck on the Apple logo with a progress bar and won’t fully boot. I’ve tried recovery mode but it doesn’t complete properly. I have two Ethernet wall sockets in my home office that are not working. The house has a patch panel and central comms cupboard, but these runs appear to be un-terminated or mis-terminated.
