I have an old version of Outlook that is also linked to my websites. I have 3 different emails for my business and 2 no longer work. The final one is also been an issue with constant pop ups and email issues. I dont know the passwords for these emails or accounts. But i need all the info from old emails and the ability to sort my emails into folders plus i have a lot of necessary info linked to my current email that i dont want to lose. I've recently re-hosted my email account and am having issues with emails on my Mac, iPhone and iPad with Outlook app. Mac: Can send emails bit nothing shows up in my inbox. iPhone: Can receive emails but can't send (comes up with a contact error) and assuming same for iPad. Have gone through tech support with new host, everything seems to be set up properly (IMAP). Have removed, reinstalled, checked other settings etc.. Now I don't have the patience to try fixing this BUT of course need my emails working for my business so looking for someone to get it all back up and running.

I am new to Apple, always used HP and had IT support in my last company. Now, I am starting up my own consultancy, but cant seem to get the Outlook working the way I am used to it running. I also connect the Mac to an external screen, but it will only work as a mirror image instead of extended screen. Is that normal? Maybe there are other things about the Mac I need to know too.
