IT help required. I have a mac computer and transferred all of my files from iCloud Drive into OneDrive. I now am having difficulty opening the files. They either won’t open (the wheel of doom), or I am presented with the finder error code -36. It’s something to do with the file name (some have symbols etc). This also prevents files from syncing with onedrive. Sometimes I can get the files to open (although it takes forever), but other times I’m presented with the error message. I’m also not able to copy the files back out of OneDrive to access them. Also can’t delete or rename them. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, I have a NAS drive, and it seems to have stopped its regular backing up. It used to also connect to a portable hard drive and back that up, as well. Both need rebooting. I have a one drive account as well, so may as well back up to that. And I have a new laptop which I'd like to link my email account to.

I have windows 10. I am trying to install One Drive but the PC wants me to delete an older version before I can install the latest version. I tried “remove programs” but it does not work.
