Set Screen Time options also - i can give you the settings we want but dont have time to do all this myself MS Team Viewer is installed but would be better if we brought the laptop to you.

for the past few weeks ive been having issues with the display of my 2020 MacBook Air, the screen can't seem to focus, there appears to be very fine lines running horizontally across the entire screen, images seem transparent and when I scroll the page lags behind. I believe it has something to do with the ribbon cable but I can be sure.

Hi there, My daughter updated her MacBook Air, and when installing the Mac Big Sur IOS Update (latest update) her laptop crashed. Unfortunately, when it turns on it doesn’t open to a desktop, rather it opens to the macOS update assistant. In this update assistant the desktop appears black with an update progress bar which doesn’t move. Additionally, the only other thing accessible to open on this page is ‘choose startup disk’ which offers to restart the laptop in target disk mode; essentially asking you to connect the laptop with another computer with a Thunderbolt cable. Is there anyway to reverse the update to get the laptop back to how it was previous to commencing with the update and not loose any files/ documents

Hi, I downloaded the lasted MacOS software yesterday and now my laptop is showing a grey screen that says an error occurred preparing the update. The screen is stuck on 'choose a startup disk' without giving me any options to choose. The only thing it lets me click is Target Disk Mode. MacOS update assistant is also open but stuck and the updating bar is not moving. I have restarted the laptop a few times but it always just starts downloading the software from the start when I do. Thanks!

Hi, I recently attempted to clean out my old Mac by deleting everything and resetting it. I receive error messages every time I try to update or download software, so I am currently stuck with the original software from 2013 that is not compatible with newer programs and apps. My daughters Mac Air has failed to power up. Recently she had the screen replaced (new). a week ago she observed a strange flicker but it seemed to rectify itself.
