I’m developing a consumer grounding mat product and would like to confirm that some supplier mat samples are properly conductive and safely connect to Earth. Need someone to test the following: 1. Continuity across the mat surface and through the cord to the grounding pin of the plug. 2. Resistance (ohms) from various points on the mat to the grounding pin — ideally I’d like to know if the readings are under 100 Ω. 3. That the adapter and cord are correctly earthed when plugged into a standard outlet. (Optional) If you have the right equipment, I’d also be interested in a body-voltage drop test while standing on the mat. I have two samples from different suppliers (both use conductive silver-thread material). The goal is to verify which one conducts most consistently before placing my first production order. I have two Samsung monitors on a dual monitor mount which I want connected to my Lenovo laptop. There is also a multiport docking station that came with it. I have always been able to set up connection of dual monitors but I'm not able to do so with this set up for some reason. Need a tech person to come and sort it out. Should be easy and quick to identify. I have multiple cables from DVI to HDMI to Display Ports. Should be less than 1/2hr job but will pay minimum $50 and $50 per hour thereafter.
