Task Description: Looking for a registered cabler to replace old network/telecom cables with a new, permanent in-wall Cat6/6a data cable running from downstairs to upstairs. Key Details: • Downstairs Setup: We have an NBN FTTP connection installed downstairs with the router fixed to the wall. The new cable needs to connect directly to this router. • Pathway: The new cable can follow the same route as the existing old cables, which must be fully removed. • Access: There is an accessible attic upstairs, though please note it involves a difficult crawl space. • Termination: • Downstairs: Terminate to a wall plate near the fixed router. • Upstairs: Install a proper in-wall RJ45 port (wall plate) in the new location. I will use this port to plug in either a computer or an additional mesh Wi-Fi router unit for better coverage. • Compliance: Must be a licensed/registered cabler capable of providing a TCA1 compliance form upon completion. Please bring your own tools, Cat6 cable, and faceplates/jacks.

I believe the powerboard supplying power to my father's tv/foxtel/NBN box has blown (it is very old). A new powerboard needs to be connected to the wall but we cannot access the wall due the amount of clutter and the large cabinet blocking access. My father is elderly and can't move this stuff himself. I need someone who can do the following: 1. Carefully move all these bits and pieces away in order to access the plugs behind the cabinet, marked in red in one of the photos below. Please note this will be tricky as his house is full of this kind of clutter so there is not a lot of space to move things. I can send more pics of the space. These items are very precious to him and need to be moved with care. 2. Assess the situation behind the cabinet and make sure the electrical set up is safe and not likely to short circuit or create a fire hazard. Would be helpful if you have electrical experience or knowledge. 3. Install a new powerboard (we have one) 4. Reconnect his Foxtel Hub / NBN box / TV 5. Ensure all of the above + the wifi is working 6. Put all the bits and pieces of furniture back together again Please note my father is elderly and needs someone who can do this job with care and consideration.
