Need assistance setting a wifi extender so my daughter who lives in the back granny flat can get internet

I have two Ethernet wall points in my upstairs office. One works correctly; the other, labelled Office Left, appears dead and does not establish a network connection to the comms cupboard downstairs. The local TP-Link switch and other network equipment have already been tested and are working correctly. Looking for an ACMA-registered data cabler to test the Office Left cable run end-to-end, check/reterminate the wall jack and comms cupboard end if required, and confirm a working Gigabit Ethernet connection. Please quote for testing/repair first. Replacement cable only if the existing run is faulty beyond repair.

PC hasnt been used in a few years and wont connect to monitor. One of the RAMs light up but the other one doesnt. Its not an issue with the ram itself as it doesnt light up in that same spot either. All pc lights turn on etc, just wont connect to monitor. Realistically probably just a battery or dust issue from not being used.

I believe the powerboard supplying power to my father's tv/foxtel/NBN box has blown (it is very old). A new powerboard needs to be connected to the wall but we cannot access the wall due the amount of clutter and the large cabinet blocking access. My father is elderly and can't move this stuff himself. I need someone who can do the following: 1. Carefully move all these bits and pieces away in order to access the plugs behind the cabinet, marked in red in one of the photos below. Please note this will be tricky as his house is full of this kind of clutter so there is not a lot of space to move things. I can send more pics of the space. These items are very precious to him and need to be moved with care. 2. Assess the situation behind the cabinet and make sure the electrical set up is safe and not likely to short circuit or create a fire hazard. Would be helpful if you have electrical experience or knowledge. 3. Install a new powerboard (we have one) 4. Reconnect his Foxtel Hub / NBN box / TV 5. Ensure all of the above + the wifi is working 6. Put all the bits and pieces of furniture back together again Please note my father is elderly and needs someone who can do this job with care and consideration.
