Our latest investigation has revealed that the fault lies within the internal patching between the NBN (National Broadband Network) port and your designated customer port within the building. To resolve this issue, we kindly request your assistance in contacting your building management. The internal patching between the NBN port and your customer port needs to be examined and rectified by professionals who specialize in building infrastructure.

Help with ps 5 repair
$50
Berwick VIC 3806, Australia
13th Aug 2026
Hi My PS5 console is stuck in a Safe Mode update loop and is completely unusable. I’d like to arrange a repair assessment. Fault description: A system software update failed unexpectedly during normal use. The console now boots only into Safe Mode, and every update attempt fails with error SU-101337-5 (“Can’t complete the update”). Steps already attempted (all unsuccessful, same error each time): • Multiple restarts and full power cycles • Update over the internet (Safe Mode option 4) • Update via USB with the official PS5UPDATE.PUP update file (correct PS5/UPDATE folder structure, exFAT drive, freshly downloaded file, rear USB port) • Clear Cache and Rebuild Database (Safe Mode option 6) • Full system software reinstallation via USB with the official reinstallation file (Safe Mode option 8) — also failed with SU-101337-5 Because even the full system reinstall cannot complete, the fault appears to be internal hardware (internal SSD/storage or mainboard) rather than software.

Help fix/troubleshoot a crypto mining rig (parts bought separately)
$100
Prahran VIC 3181, Australia
11th Aug 2026
I’ve built a Monero mining and homelab machine from separately purchased parts (Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC motherboard, Thermaltake Litepower 450W PSU) but can’t get it to power on. I’ve had a complete power failure across two PSU units and suspect a shared fault somewhere in the power chain (IEC cable, wall socket, or how I’m testing it), but I need someone experienced with PC building/troubleshooting to diagnose and fix it. If this goes well, I’m planning to buy more equipment and would want ongoing help with future builds.

New PC not booting, need help
$80
Boronia VIC 3155, Australia
1st Aug 2026
Hi, I have just built a brand new PC and I need help getting it working. Looking for someone experienced with PC building, Intel systems, DDR5 memory, and BIOS troubleshooting. The PC powers on, but I cannot get any display output or enter BIOS. I need someone who can troubleshoot the issue and help fix it (including BIOS update if required). specifications: * Motherboard: MSI PRO B860M-A WIFI * CPU: Intel Ultra 5 250K Plus * AIO: Arctic Liquid Freezer III 240 * RAM: V-Color Manta XSky RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL36 32GB (2x16GB) * GPU: Using IGPU * SSD: Lexar NM620 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 * PSU: Corsair RM650e (2025) Fully Modular Current issue: When pressing the power button, the PC does not display anything on the monitor. Originally, the startup sequence was: 1. CPU red debug light flashes briefly (~1 second) 2. DRAM yellow debug light turns on for around 3–4 seconds 3. PC stays on for around 30 seconds 4. CPU red light flashes again 5. PC restarts automatically This reboot cycle repeated around 5 times, then sometimes the PC would stay powered on: * RAM RGB on * Arctic AIO running * Case fans running * No debug LEDs staying lit * But monitor still shows “No Signal” Troubleshooting already attempted: * Cleared CMOS multiple times using motherboard Clear CMOS button * Tested both RAM sticks separately (one stick at a time) * Reseated RAM multiple times * Removed RAM completely to test motherboard DRAM detection * Reseated CPU * Tried different HDMI cables * Tried different monitors * Tried to enter BIOS using Delete key Additional info: * I do not have a wired keyboard, only a wireless keyboard with USB receiver * The mb does not appear to have a BIOS Flashback / Flash BIOS button, so I cannot update the BIOS myself without the system successfully POSTing. * I also tested the system with no RAM installed: * DRAM yellow debug light stays on continuously * No reboot loop occurs * No display output * No beep (no motherboard speaker connected)
Thanks for much for troubleshooting some hardware issues. Would recommend!

IT support - emails not working

My outlook emails have stopped working. I believe it has got to do with the domain name, possibly expired or payment due. Trouble is it is set up in my ex business partner’s name and I prefer not to deal with him. I need someone to contact them and arrange a transfer of the domain from GoDaddy to Crazy Domains. Then help me get it set up on my laptop and ensure everything is set up correctly. Contact GoDaddy and assist with regaining administrative access to speccffe.com. * Liaise with the current account holder if required (with your approval). * Renew the domain if necessary. * Transfer the domain to Crazy Domains * Ensure the DNS and MX records are correctly configured for Microsoft 365. * Restore inbound and outbound email for my business addresses. * Set up Outlook on my laptop and verify everything is working. * Provide all usernames, passwords, recovery details, and make sure you are the sole owner/administrator going forward. Can get started remotely if possible but will need to get on my laptop. Happy to do at my place or I could meet you somewhere or come to you.
Ben has been a great help resolving our IT issues
Need help with my new computer set up please.
$10
Kew VIC 3101, Australia
24th Jun 2026
I could use the help of a computer expert. I recently I purchased a new laptop, and 2 x monitors. I wanted a set up where I could remove the laptop and take it with me if need be, but otherwise plug in and use with the 2 x monitors for my work. We had someone come out and hook it all up, and it worked for about 5 minutes, now the monitors wont work with the laptop lid closed, the printer wont print, and the whole thing is driving me insane. I've purchased 2 x docking stations to try and get this right, but nothing has changed at all. I really need to work, and this has been a massive inconvenience, not to mention a costly exercise. I dont want anymore drama. I could really use the help of someone that sees this sort of stuff all the time, and could genuinely help me out. Please let me know if you can help and your feedback, and we'll get it done asap. Cheers all Cam
