I need my apartment unit MDF connection restored. I've recently moved into 507/570 Swanston Street and I'm just trying to connect my NBN. My internet provider has reviewed the connection and has advised me that the issue is the connection between the unit and the building connection. "This service is offline, and it appears to be due to an open circuit beyond the MDF. Pair Information MDF: 3CTN-04-058-DSL-0001 (LINE C Pairs) 131 Please note that to restore this service, the customer needs to contact their body corporate to restore the connection between the MDF and their premises."
