Find experienced local carpenters in St James WA

Carpenter required to install double doors in an area where a sliding glass door was previously installed. The sliding door has already been removed. A new door frame will need to be built and the double doors installed. Site visit required to inspect, measure and discuss the job.

Finalising a bathroom renovation and have had a fairly cheap matt white floating vanity made to fit a pre bought vanity top. Unfortunately a few measurements were off and the plumbing which was installed yesterday means one drawer now does not fit in and there is not a lot of usage space. Would love an experienced cabinet maker/carpenter to come out and take a look to see if there are options to: Shave the side of the draw so that it does fit. If this is this case would also like higher quality or another set of runners installed as the drawers are not very smooth to open. Or remove the top draw option and replace with shelf and door. Or remove both draws and replace with door if easier. Now the plumbing is in I would also like a shelf on the right hand side to maximise usage space. Will need one more shelf of the same type in the laundry cupboard. Everything is in Matt white. Located in St James.

Extra kitchen benchtop and cupboards

Wanting a quote to supply and install the attached kitchen cabinet. No lights needed just the simple cabinet.

The two glass pivot hinge doors in the photos need fixed. One door only needs moving so that it swings correctly. The bottom hinge seems to be located incorrectly. The second door needs repair. Perhaps replace the entire wood on the hinge side, or repair? See photos. Please tell me how you would choose to repair these, and your price to do that. Thank you

The two cabinet boards in the laundry area were ruined by water leaking from a malfunctioning washing machine pipe and need to be replaced.

I need someone to provide and replace kitchen cabinet doors There are about 13 doors/drawers. Only after very basic white doors.

Decking needs to be reoiled.approx 30sqm and then some steps. Most of the deck has a stain on there so may need to be sanded back or stripped and then plied

The decking is tired and needs rejuvenation and sealing. - Due date: Flexible

We have oil stains from previous tenants that the real eats are requesting for us to remove. We have tried everything from bleach to de greaser and pressure washers. We are asking for someone’s professional opinion and who knows how to get these stains out We are prepared to negotiate payments or pay hourly - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 24 August 2023
