I need an experienced carpenter to reinforce a very low timber deck so it can safely support a spa. The spa is already in position on the deck but empty. Once filled, it will weigh around 1,200–1,300kg, so I need the deck assessed and reinforced to handle the load safely. The deck is extremely low to the ground, with no access underneath, so you may need to lift some decking boards to work. I’m looking for someone who knows the best way to strengthen this kind of deck for a concentrated heavy load. No electrical or plumbing work needed — just structural carpentry.

Hi there, We have 5 built in ward robes that need to be reconfigured - mainly additional shelves and drawers. The attached pictures show the shelves in red, drawers in green and clothes/hanger bar in blue for each wardrobe. For 4 of the 5 built-ins the drawers and shelves need to be matching white. For the walk-in we'd like to match the existing wood veneer. Happy to pay adequately to get the job done quickly and with quality. Not sure what it is supposed to cost. Built in cabinet with two doors from floor to ceiling, three shelve needed. It will sit over a stairwell box. The frame will need to hold the majority of weight as the currents structure there is not strong. About 2.5 height, 950 depth and 900 width.
