Hello need a Carpenter that reads plans and does framing i am doing 4 townhouses

I need the below made by a carpenter. Soap drying rack. These racks have 7 removable, wooden slatted trays to allow for plenty of dry air circulation during the saponification process. The footprint of the piece is 23" x 23". and the rack stands about 30" tall. Add the optional 4", locking wheels if this will be on the floor, or na wheels if the Rack will sit on a table or counter. Shelves are spaced to allow for bars as tall as 3.5". Depending on how large your bars are - and if you dry them flat or on edge - total capacity for each unit is as much as 450 bars.

We have a fridge cavity thats a little too short to fit large fridges. Need the height of the cavity to be increased by removing the shelf above it, and the 2 doors. Likely have to paint the surface that gets exposed after removal of this part so as to match the rest of the cabinet. Pic attached. Please provide a quote, indicating when you're available too. Will need it to be done cleanly.

Hello, We are looking for an experienced carpenter, joiner, or skilled handyman to inspect and secure some retail shelving at our store, in Epping. The Issue: Several layers of our custom wall-mounted shelving units have started to pull away from the wall. This is a significant safety concern as we are worried about their stability and the risk of collapse. The shelves appear to be glued and possibly screwed to the wall, and some of these connections have failed. The Job: This is primarily an "inspect and secure" job. The scope of work includes: 1. Attending the site to thoroughly assess the structure and stability of the entire wall shelving unit. 2. Identifying all the points where the shelves have detached from the wall. 3. Supplying and installing small, discreet L-brackets underneath the affected shelves to securely re-fasten them to the wall. 4. Ensuring the installed brackets are strong, neatly fitted, and provide robust support to prevent any further movement. 5. Leaving the area clean and tidy. The primary goal is to make the shelving safe and secure. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply all necessary materials, including appropriate L-brackets and wall fixings (e.g., plasterboard anchors, screws).
