Sanding of timber decking of a small balcony (2sqm) and repair of a few decking boards on the balcony that have water damage. We will pressure clean the boards ourselves. We would provide decking boards for replacing those in need in consultation with you. We will do the oiling of the balcony. We assume you have sanding equipment. We can provide photos of the deck so you get a better idea. We also need help with several smaller jobs around the house: Attaching three IKEA wall shelves, one IKEA shoe cabinet, and one IKEA mirror to masonry walls. Fixing a cabinet door in the kitchen that doesn't close properly anymore.

Wanting to get some storage built for 2 awkward spaces. A shoe nook near the apartment entrance, and pull out storage for the awkward area under the stairs. Something just in white to match the walls and look seamless. Space for shoe nook is approx 46 cm length, 38 cm depth, ceiling height 2.5m. Hoping to have open shelves for shoes built, for shoe storage at the bottom, a catchall somewhere in the middle and shelves for other items above the catchall. Under stairs cabinet ideally to be approx 1.2m height, 1.3m length, 1m depth for random kitchen items and crockery. The shoe nook is the priority of the two but depending on budget would like to have the under stairs storage built at the same time. Dismantle, remove and dispose old shed and any spare shed panels behind the shed. Old shed is currently on an existing concrete base. Replacement shed is being purchased from easyshed, has dimensions of 3mx2.25m and is being delivered to the property. Would like to have the shed installed on the existing concrete base. An 8pk of concrete fixings have also been purchased to be installed. I don't have the dimensions for the old shed, but it should be roughly the same size or maybe slightly bigger than existing base. I have some pot drawer fronts in shaker style that were delivered as an error for my kitchen. Hoping to create these into a filing cabinet or drawers to place under desk. Front panels measurements-Length:121cm, Height: 70cm. Depth of cabinet to be built at 70cm. Will not require a top but will need a base.
