The pergola is currently painted white already and measures approximately 10m x 6m. The Tasker must provide: • Proven exterior painting and timber preparation experience. • Their own necessary tools (sanders, brushes, drop sheets, etc.). • High-quality workmanship for a professional finish. Scope of Work 1. Preparation & Cleaning: • Thoroughly clean the entire timber structure to remove dirt, mildew, and any loose coating. • Protect surrounding areas (patio, plants) with drop sheets and tape. 2. Sanding: • Lightly sand all timber surfaces to ensure excellent adhesion for the new paint. • Clean off all sanding dust. 3. Dismantle side pergola and neatly stack timber pieces on the front grass for council collection. The posts and most timber pieces are rotten so it shouldn’t be overly difficult. It has a shade cloth as its roof.

Need someone with a hammer drill and 12mm bit to put 6 screws in kerb to install rubber driveway ramps. There are pre-drilled holes in the rubber ramp.
