Bathroom – Complete Strip-Out The bathroom is currently divided into three separate areas: vanity room, separate toilet room, and shower/bathtub room. * Remove vanity, toilet, shower and bathtub. * Remove all bathroom wall tiles and Villaboard/wall sheeting. * Remove all bathroom floor tiles. * Remove partition walls separating the three bathroom areas. * Remove approximately 1000 mm × 2400 mm of partition wall. * Remove bathroom ceilings. * Complete the bathroom strip-out, leaving the area ready for the next trade. 2. Full Interior Floor Removal Remove all existing flooring throughout the entire interior of the house, including: * Lounge room * Dining area * All bedrooms * Walkways and hallways * Laundry * Bathroom and toilet areas * Any other tiled, carpeted or covered floor areas inside the house Removal includes: * All existing floor tiles and tile adhesive where required. * All carpet, carpet underlay and associated flooring materials. * Any other existing floor coverings throughout the house. * Leave the entire interior clear of demolition waste and ready for the next trade. Build a costaway pergola today with my husband’s help if needed. Use a solid piece of timber hardwood and drive it into the actual ground as far as you can to then mount that footing of the Pegola to the actual piece of timber so you know it’s structurally sound.
