Build decking 5m x 4m and timber frame for deck, with roof using color bond sheet (woodland Grey or Monument) roof sloped 2500mm high, to 2400mm high on back side. 2400 side to be sheeted with same color bond panel. This is built for an outdoor Sauna we have bought. I’d also like to get shower and LED lighting, similar to the picture attached. It doesn’t have to look exactly as per design but similar with matching design intent. Decking to be in wood/plastic composite Dark colour.

There are two railings on a ground floor patio (no climbing necessary). Basically the wood has rotted away. Two railings needs to be repaired, basically the wood under the top rails needs to be replaced in the same pattern as show in the photos. Re-attach pergola ceiling panels that have fallen off/come unglued. There are 2 that have come off completely that need reattaching and a few more that are hanging on and will need looking at.
