Looking to clear and remove all weeds and overgrown grass from the garden strip along a shared driveway verge, and to remove a tree stump that has already been cut down. The strip runs along the length of the driveway and is quite overgrown as shown in the photos. Green waste bin provided, thanks.

Looking for an experienced carpenter to complete a small courtyard upgrade project. Scope of work: Pergola / Roof - Build a wall-mounted pergola over a trapezoid-shaped area (approx. 3.1m wide, depth varying 1290mm-2000mm – see attached plan) - Pergola to be fixed to the front face of the balcony and side walls - Install sloping polycarbonate roofing (opal/diffused multiwall preferred) - Roof to slope away for proper drainage - Provide flashing and sealing where pergola meets walls to prevent water ingress - Clean, simple structure (timber frame preferred, open to suggestions) Decking - Construct a small decked area in front of pergola (approx. 3.1m x ~1.2m) - Level and suitable for outdoor use - Open to timber or cost-effective alternative Fence Cladding - Install cladding along fence line (as shown in plan) - Cladding is to be installed to hide the existing neighbour’s fence - Work to be carried out entirely from my side of the property - Prefer a lightweight independent frame (fixed to walls where possible, with minimal supports) rather than fixing directly onto the existing fence Approx. size: * Main section: ~3.1m wide × ~1.8m high * Additional section: ~1m wide × ~1.8m high (other side of garage door) - Simple, clean finish to improve appearance Key requirements: - Experience with pergolas and polycarbonate roofing - Ability to work with non-rectangular / angled layout - Practical and cost-effective approach (not looking for high-end systems) - Attention to detail on finishes (roof edges, joins, cladding alignment) Drawings and example images are attached for reference. -Concrete slab will be ready prior to installation -The rainwater tank shown in the images will be removed before work begins Open to reasonable offers.
