I need a carpenter or handyman to repair a broken latch on my wooden door (see attached photos). Replacing the broken plank

Easy task to place two pieces of wood back on fence it’s just fixing it back on as it’s fallen

Need a fence fixed, gate fixed and gate stopper reattached. All as per photos. Need to supply and cut wood. Nil painting required.

The door itself is still intact as are the hinges, but the wood post that is attached to the frame has split and needs to be replaced and the hinges reattached.

The wood has rotted through on these doors so the door locks/handles can’t be screwed into the wood. Want to repair and not replace the doors. May need new door handles and locks and if so can buy these ready to be installed with the job. Two doors in total! Updated with pictures of the handles

Please fix the wood around the window - I don't want the entire window replaced - repair chipped (and potentially rotting) wood around window as there is a small gap when window is closed.

I had a plumber come recently and flip up a panel of floorboards in my office floor which splintered the wood. He went over the splintered area with wood putty but it is the wrong colour. I would love someone who knows what they're doing to come and replace or stain the filler depending on what would give the best result.
