The window in first floor has a bottom flashing that is loose. When wind blows it starts to rattle. I need someone who could use a ladder to reach flashing and brace it with screws or rivets

Require a chippie or handyman to plane back the bottom of a door frame. The sill is falling towards the house causing water to come into the laundry with heavy rain. Require it to be planed back to fall away from the house. I will seal and paint myself after the job is done

Updated: We are about to move back to our property after 18 months, need two internal doors replaced and one door removed and boarded up. 1. Standard sliding door, it's recessed between the kitchen and lounge wall, replace this with a normal hinged door. Measuemets are standard. 2. Standard sliding door leading to bedrooms, use dame door if possible and hinge to door way frame. Measurements are standard. 3. We have a sliding door in the hallway but prefer to cover and make the ensuite bath room more private, would look at removing and plasterboarding the area so we can pain and tile later. Measurements for the this door are also standard. 4. Install barn style sliding door that covers hallway and entrance to lounge, but open to suggestions.

Repair two wooden windows

My garage door motor works fine, it opens and lowers the door. However, when it closes, it stops slightly above the ground, leaving a gap. I need to manually pull it down to fully shut it. The door panel seems to be slightly bent in the middle. I need someone to: • Inspect and realign the panel/track • Adjust or reprogram the motor travel limit if needed • Ensure smooth automatic closing Motor is working normally.

Single car garage 4m width. Top, left side, and right side of the garage door have a gap causing the garage to be very cold in winter. I am wondering if installing garage door seal would improve the energy usage and comfort. I can purchase the recommended materials in advance from Bunnings to save time for the installer and the cost for the job.

My garage door seems to be broken at one of the hinges. It’s still working, but is visibly misaligned and is making a lot of noise every time it’s opening and closing. Photos shared to show the details.

I'd like to have two external doors' (both connected to the garage) door stops replaced - AFAICS both are wooden doors, with plasterboard walls. At the moment as you can see from the photos, are the very cheap and basic ones. I'd like to replace them with the magnetic one shown in the photo, the magnetic doorstops are provided. Separately (not part of this estimation), I have a small hole in an interior wall that I'd like to be patched, if you can do it let's estimate when you're onsite (the hole is now slightly larger than in the photo) - so this wall patch job is not part of this posting.
